Happy Pride month- Coffee with MBA alums
WHILE WE’RE ALREADY HALFWAY THROUGH PRIDE MONTH, IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO SHOW SUPPORT AND CELEBRATE!
We believe social change happens through small, everyday actions of acceptance and love. Confidence to be yourself, to follow your path, and to rise above adversity and bigotry. Where can we find hope? Perhaps it is indeed in Pride month.
We at MBA and Beyond want to create a world where the LGBTQ community is championed, celebrated, and protected. And not just this community, we as a team envisions solving more social problems and create a community in the world that can complement and support each other. And we commit to being a part of the movement by showing genuine allyship. We strongly believe talking about real people and experiences can reshape the narrative, change the conversation, and lead to lasting transformation.
We are conducting an event for LGBTQ students. This session will mainly revolve around the LGBTQ student experience on the campus, and we’ll try to answer as many questions as possible from the LGBTQ MBAaspirants. We believe Pride can be found in community, in inclusivity, in diversity, and in so much more.
To help you better understand and take full advantage of the scholarships and grants provided by several b-schools, we are organizing ‘Coffee with Alums’.
On JUNE 26, 2021 (22:00 IST- 12:30 GMT)
With this initiative, we aspire to help LGBT+ intellectuals reach their dream schools with a greater sense of clarity and purpose.
AGENDA OF THE SESSION:
1. What top MBA programs are doing for LGBT+ (communities, clubs, scholarships, and grants).
2. How can you have an edge for your target schools?
3. Live Q&A and peer discussion.
In the end, we will be giving you a few questions to tackle. You will be given 3 days to submit your answers based on what you learned from the session. Best answers will get up to a 20% discount from MBA&B.
